2021 Pinot Noir Rosé

Our 2021 Pinot Noir Rose is clean and refreshing with aromas of white peach, strawberry, rose-petal and nectarine. This complex Rose also shows a creamy minerality on both the bouquet and the palate, giving it a decidedly broad and smooth mouthful and providing a counterpoint to its lively acidly and long finish. The fine balance of this wine makes it a food pairing master! Enjoy both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to a variety of foods, including grilled vegetables, oysters, Moroccan couscous and chicken, or (out favorite) with summer grilling. Best if served chilled.
