Thanksgiving Cooking Demonstration and Malbec Release - Compass Club

Cooking demonstration by Jeremy White, owner and head chef of Acoustic Events. Chef White will be preparing a Thanksgiving Turkey Roulade (Turkey Breast rolled with Dried Cranberries, Sourdough, Brie Cheese, and Fresh Herbs.)
Guests will be able to sample the Turkey Roulade, paired with a complimentary glass of 2016 Malbec and will receive a recipe card to create this recipe at home. Chef White will be available for any questions you may have after the demonstration and a mini bottle of CaliVirgin Olive Oil will be provided as a special parting gift.
Guests will have the opportunity to receive special pricing on our 2016 Malbec the day of the event.
