2022 Carneros Pinot Noir
Grown on the rolling hills and clay soils at the western edge of the Carneros AVA near the town of Sonoma, this ripe and polished Pinot Noir has complex aromas of cherry, leather, strawberry jam and sweet French oak, with nuances of anise and vanilla. The palate is soft and fruity with velvety tannins and good natural acidity.
Perfectly suited for light red meats, like chicken and pork, this delicious wine is rich and complex enough to complement the spicy apricot sauce of our winter pork loin recipe.
