Our 2015 Tempranillo brims with complex aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and cinnamon, with smoky notes. The palate is bright and fresh with herbaceous nuances. This wine is rich with wonderfully ripe, well-balanced tannins and flavors of dried red currant and dark cherry.
Bringing this Italian varietal to the list of Elevation Ten wines was the passion of owner Rina DiMare and her love of all things Italian. “This wine is the quintessential start to any Spring evening and pairs perfectly with cheese, fruit and charcuterie,” says DiMare.
This beautifully balanced wine begins with enticing aromas of cassis, blackberry, accented by vanilla and minerality. On the palate the broad rich fruit is complimented by notes of cedar and ripe raspberry. This wine finishes with fine smooth tannins and balanced structure.
Our 2018 Proprietor's Vin Blanc is an energetic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grgio, Fiano, and a splash of Viognier. These varietals work together to create intriguing aromas of green apple, melon, tropical fruits and pie crust. On the palate the fruit continues with notes of mandarin orange and lime while showing a wonderful balance of richness on the palate and fresh acidity on the finish.
Starting with a lovely floral nose, this very light, beautiful Garnacha is everything you are looking for as we enter into spring. The palate is also light, with hints of strawberries and raspberries.
Our 2015 Zinfandel hales from the beautiful hills of El Dorado. The nose has hints of bright red fruits, including cherry, plum and raspberry. On the palate, this Zinfandel features seductive round tannins and has notes of juicy strawberry and cherries. The finish is silky smooth and leaves you with subtle hints of cocoa
