Made from Chardonnay grapes and produced in the classic "Methode Champenoise" style, this new release of Elevation Ten bubbly achieved its sparkle through a second fermentation in the very bottle it is served from. This centuries-old technique is known to make the best sparkling wines in the world and reflects our commitment to bringing the best to you. While not technically "Champagne", this wine shows all the things we love about the famous French version: delicately clean and complex aromas of pear, citrus, green apple and creamy yeast, with subtle notes of graham cracker toastiness. Beautifully balanced palate with fine effervescence, smooth mouthfeel and flavors of stone fruit and apples.
